New Autumn Flavors that will Warm You Up!

  • White Sesame with Caramelized Persimmon- Roasted white sesame seeds (freshly ground) with Dried Hachiya Persimmons that have been simmered in white wine (from Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery of course!). In Japan you can see persimmons being dried in Autumn. The drying process enhances their flavor and sweetness and acts to preserve them. These Nama Choco combine the rich taste and texture of white sesame with sweet and tangy dried persimmons.
